As summer begins to shift into fall and the weather becomes cooler and the days shorter, it’s time to reevaluate your exercise routine. Once winter hits, many of us have a had time leaving our house due to the cold and difficulty walking the icy terrain. But being active is crucial throughout the year and doing both cardio that gets your heart pumping and more gentle stretching-based exercises is optimal.
We love yoga here at The Adult Lab, but we also love Tai Chi. Not only does it help us with her balance, but it brings a daily sense of calm to our everyday routines.
