Workout Wednesday Featuring HASfit

It’s workout Wednesday, and that means it’s time to get your fit on.
This week we’re featuring a short program from HASfit that shows modifications for both standing and sitting. We love this video for its different ability levels and the fact that it also allows us to see how many calories we’re burning!
